Women, Time, Want, much, ones

Question by not yet:

If men are the ones who want sex all (or much of) the time, then why are women?

the ones expected to take the lion's share of responsibility for the consequences of sex?

Women are generally expected to take greater care than men to prevent pregnancy and women are also generally expected to take the primary role in child rearing.

WHY?

If men want to have sex frequently, shouldn't THEY be the ones expected to take responsibility for the consequences of having sex?
