Although it's not common, HIV can be contracted through oral sex. They do make what's called "dental dam," which is a flat sheet of latex that you can use for protection.
The actual chances of an HIV positive woman passing the virus to a man during a single session of unprotected sex is 1 in 10,000. Using a condom reduces this risk to 1 in 100,000. While it is unlikely that you were infected from a single condom break, you should still get tested. Make sure that you get tested again after three to six months, as it can take that long for the virus to be present in high enough amounts to show up in a test.
