Question by Zach: How to make sex hurt less for the girl on the first time?

Me and my girlfriend tried to have sex for the first time yesterday, it didn't work out to well. She said it hurt way to bad and she doesn't think should do it like that. So we stopped, we both want to try it again, we just want to know if there's anyway to make it hurt less. We don't want to use any lube or anything like that.
Please help.

It's still going to hurt if you don't use lube, unless she's extremely turned on (which it sounds like she won't be).
